Statement by the Receiver: The Receiver was appointed by the U.S. District Court of Utah to take control of all financial aspects of Sycamore Family LLC, including all bank accounts and assets. The order appointing the Receiver provides that any persons owing monies to Sycamore Family LLC are to pay those funds only to the Receiver. Under the Court order, members of Sycamore Family LLC will be permitted to retain operational control of the entity, but all financial matters are under the exclusive control of the Receiver.
