New Posts May 21, 2012: The Court today approved a stipulation between the Bankruptcy Trustee and the Small Business Administration. Under the agreement, the mortgage loan has been renegotiated to a 20-year term at 5% interest. Gables will begin making mortgage payments immediately. The agreement with the SBA is consistent with the reorganization plan filed by the Trustee on May 18. May 18, 2012: The Trustee today filed his plan of reorganization and his proposed disclosure statement describing the reorganization plan.
