Gables will begin making mortgage payments immediately.  The agreement with the SBA is consistent with the reorganization plan filed by the Trustee on May 18.<\/p>\n<p><strong>May 18, 2012:<\/strong> The Trustee today filed his plan of reorganization and his proposed disclosure statement describing the reorganization plan.
